Refund and Returns Policy


Return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days after you receive it and we'll issue full refund once we received and assessed the item.

For your return to be eligible, your item must be unused and also must be in the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. Please note also that our orders don't have return labels.

Cancellation Policy

Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 24 hours to cancel your order (Kindly reach out to us at support@pineship.com). We will provide you a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours.

Refund policy

Once the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit to your original method of payment. The processing time might differ, depending on your payment merchant but it should take 7 to 10 business days.
